A special sake, brewed using two types of golden yeast, features a sweet aroma of bananas and strawberries, conveying its richness. It has a mellow, gentle taste of rice, along with a lingering umami flavour and the expression "toro keru" which embodies it perfectly. The umami epicentre of this sake reveals an abundance of condensed flavour with every sip.
