Returns will only be valid for 3 days since purchase. If more than 3 days have lapsed, Ralph’s will not accept any returns.
Only bottles suspected of being corked or spoiled are eligible for replacement. If you suspect your wine to be spoiled, please keep the cork and place it back on the bottle with wine contents left in the bottle. Ralphs will not accept empty bottles. The customer is responsible for bringing the wine bottle back to the nearest Ralph’s store. We must receive the bottle in our store within 3 days along with a receipt or proof of purchase, written explanation of the situation, and pictures of the bottle. In order for you to be eligible for a replacement, the management will determine after 5 days of receiving the item whether your claim is valid. If claim is determined valid, you can then pick up your replacement bottle in our store during store hours.
Sale and Promotional Items are not eligible for returns.
Damaged labels or normal wear and tear of the bottle may have accidently occurred during transport. These items are not eligible for returns or replacement.
