Return Policy
At Ralph's, we understand that you want to enjoy a great bottle of wine with every purchase. That's why we have a straightforward return policy in place to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return your wine within 3 days of purchase, we're here to help.
We only accept returns for bottles that are suspected of being corked or spoiled. To start the return process, please keep the cork and put it back on the bottle with the wine still inside. Please note that we can't accept empty bottles.
If you think your wine is corked or spoiled, bring the bottle back to your nearest Ralph's store with your receipt or proof of purchase, a written explanation of the situation, and some pictures of the bottle. Our team will take a look and determine within 5 days if your claim is valid. If it is, you can pick up your replacement bottle during store hours.
Please note that sale and promotional items are not eligible for returns. If the label is damaged or the bottle shows normal wear and tear from transport, we won't be able to accept a return or offer a replacement.
