Minami Oita Barley Shochu Seki No Shita 500ml


This high quality shochu has a bitter taste and mild barley aroma, whichmakes it a perfect pair with fish dishes such as sushi. This shochu was inspired by the palates of traditional single-hook fisherman from Saganoseki in Oita prefecture, where the highly sought out Seki horse mackerel is caught. Thus, “SEKI NO SHITA” (Seki’s Tongue) is a truly fisherman-endorsed shochu.

Alcohol: 25% / Made from Barley, Barley Koji,  and Shiro (White) Koji Yeast

Drinking Style: On the rocks, ice cold or warm
