
A sweet potato shochu using a rare variety of purple potato known as ‚ÄúAkemurasaki‚ Äù and black koji rice. This shochu is characterized by elegant sweetness and fruity fragrance unique to purple potato. Made using all-natural ingredients and with no additives. Best enjoyed on the rocks or with water. Goes well with Yakiniku, sukiyaki and roast beef.
