Japanese gin "WA BI GIN" is a gin that expresses Kagoshima's traditional distillation and refining techniques, and is made by distilling 9 kinds of plants using 9 kinds of plants, including juniper berries, yuzu, green tea, ginger, lemon, Tsuruzuka bitter orange, Saigon cinnamon leaf, kumquat, and perilla. Based on shochu, rice and koji are distilled to create a citrus flavor with a gentle aroma. The aftertaste is quite memorable, and the rice fragrance lingers in the mouth, which is very Japanese.
