The grapes with which it is made come from the Pazo de Barrantes farm, with 12 hectares divided into 8 differentiated plots and located around the winery. The soils of the farm are of the granitic type, with sand on the surface and the average age of the vineyard is 35 years.
Tasting Notes: A wide nuanced nose with ripe yellow plum and medlar fruit, subtle notes of bergamot and verbena underpinned by a fine balsamic background. Vibrant palate, well-balanced, fresh and textured. It shows a long and splendid finish.
Alcohol: 13.5% / Origin: Spain / Varietal: 100% Albariño
Ageing: Decanted by flotation to guarantee greater aromatic purity and then ferments at 10ºC in stainless steel tanks for approximately 60 days. Behind the fermentation, remains 2 months with the fine lees in the steel tank stainless.
