A handcrafted sake brewed in the mountainous region of Gifu. This by far is Kozaemon's most luxurious sake. A complex bouquet of nutty notes in play with almond blossom, lilac, pineapple and lychee, accentuated with a refreshing citrus note.
On the palate, a gustatory journey starts from almond rice over pineapple and lychee to ripe sugar melon (Cavaillon). Minty-fresh, fruity-sweet and aromatic (lemon balm) as well as slightly spicy. This is the ultimate expression of Kozaemon.
