TASTING NOTES
It has a mellow and gorgeous impression with a touch of elegance. Fruity aromas of green apple, quince, melon, and a hint of raspberry are harmoniously combined with the scent of orange and osmanthus flowers. The flavor is well-balanced with gentle sweetness and refined umami while maintaining elegance, and the dryness in the latter half gives a fresh feeling that continues into the aftertaste. The aftertaste also has a refreshing impression, including a green impression, and the refreshing feeling lingers until the end.
FOOD PAIRING: It also enhances the refreshing green feeling that is also present in the food. Perfect for Salmon carpaccio, Chevre cheese (goat), Conger eel and water shield soup, Grilled sweetfish with vinegared tade, Marbled beef shabu-shabu with ponzu sauce and green onions.
