
Kinryo Kusukami (Camphor Tree God) is made using yeast from a 900-year old Camphor tree on the Kinryo brewery grounds. Aromas of fermented plum and white peach skins. Light on the palate with fresh flavors of minerals, cucumber and Asian pear.
