J. De Villebois Sauvignon Blanc Loire 21
The Loire Valley is full of hidden treasures! Architecture, gastronomy, the art of living, it has all the ingredients. Attracted by this incredible land of excellence since the Renaissance, J. de Villebois settled happily in this inspiring environment.
Passionate about Sauvignon Blanc, he pursued and found the stimulating diversity of the Loire Valley. Land of origin of Villebois wines, it is at the heart of our activity.
Tasting Notes: Light golden yellow color. A powerful nose of vanilla and tangerine. A clear, clean and pleasant mouth led by a refreshing acidity. It has minerality and a great length. The style dry-sweet, showing generous aromas on a dry wine illustrates the great Chenin Blanc DNA from Val de Loire.
Food Pairing: The wine pairs wonderfully by contrasting a clear acidity with salmon fat and is fitting with fried frog legs and dry goat cheeses. More mature, it highlights the delicacy of river fishes flesh or pike quenelles.
ABV: 11-14% / Grape Variety: 100% Chenin Blanc / Origin: France
