This Barley shochu has been aged in oak barrels for over 3 years. It has fine flavor along with a mellow and rich flavor mainly due to long term storage. It is best enjoyed by blending 60% of shochu and 40% of cold water or soda water in a glass with ice.

Alcohol%: 25%

Food Pairing: Salted yakitori, grilled fish, fried potato and pretzel.
