Nakano Shuzo brews very small quantities of this Junmai Daiginjo with 100% Yamadanishiki rise form Hyogo Prefecture. This Junmai Daiginjo has been fermented slowly at a low temperature with Mozart’s classics playing in the background. Chiebijin Junmai Daiginjois very approachable even foer beginner Sake drinkers. We highly recommend drinking this sake in a wine glass to take the most advantage of it’s delicate flavor.
