TASTING NOTES
Ruby red color with tile iridescence, brilliant. With excellent reduction tone. Very elegant given its fine 'bouquet' of aging and hints of vanilla. Very polished, fleshy and complex. Refreshing, elegant and attractive.
Food Pairing: Pairs well with grilled meats, poultry, salami, orange duck, white rice, quinoa, or almond cake.
