Minami Aged Oita Barley Shochu Kinoya 720ml


This premium Shochu is made only from selected high quality barley. The shochu is aged for more than 5 years after finishing the process of low temperature fermentation and atmospheric distillation. This gives the shochu a syrupy texture, an all-natural sweet aroma and a well-balanced finish.

Alcohol: 25% / Made from Oita Barley, Shiro (White) Koji Yeast

Food pairing: Mixed nuts, Dried Fruits, Bitter Chocolate, Smoked Cheese & Ham

Drink style: Straight, on the rocks, mix with ice cold or hot water
