This premium Shochu is made only from selected high quality barley. The shochu is aged for more than 5 years after finishing the process of low temperature fermentation and atmospheric distillation. This gives the shochu a syrupy texture, an all-natural sweet aroma and a well-balanced finish.
Alcohol: 25% / Made from Oita Barley, Shiro (White) Koji Yeast
