This rich, round rose is a truly affordable luxury. Although thus far off the radar of wine critics, it is a standout wine from de Cazanove house, with its full-bodied but nicely balanced, this wine will make a great aperitif or accompany a wide range of meals. A great value for this type of quality.
Tasting Notes: This rosé has a lovely salmon-pink colour and delicious candied fruit and rose petal aromas. There is volume, fullness and strength on the palate, with good substance.
Blend: 15% Chardonnay, 50 % Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier, 15% Côteaux Champenois Rouge.
Food Pairing: This rose pairs well with shellfish, mild and soft cheeses, pork and rich fish, such as salmon and tuna.
ABV: 12.0%
