Tasting Notes:  

Nose: Cocoa, coffee, dark caramel, honey, ripe red apples, and aged leather.
Palate: Honey, beeswax, sultanas, baking cocoa, with a peppery spice.  
Finish: Short, with hints of oak bitterness and brown sugar sweetness.
