The wine originates from the vineyards in Serra, Manocino, and San Bernardo within the Comune di Serralunga d’Alba, located in the Piedmont region of Italy. The area is known for its high-altitude vineyards (320–420 meters) and unique calcareous clay soils enriched with magnesium, calcium, and iron.
