TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Brilliant lemon yellow with greenish reflections and an elegant, fine perlage that bears witness to traditional bottle fermentation.
Nose: A multi-layered spectrum of flavours unfolds in the glass: Ripe yellow fruit like khaki and apricot meet Lively citrus notes of grapefruit and orange zest. Particularly appealing are the maritime echoes of sea spray and oyster shell, which give the cava a mineral depth. Herbal notes of tarragon and subtle Orange blossom round off the complex bouquet.
Palate: As Brut Nature this cava is in its purest form - uncompromisingly dry and of crystalline clarity. The Minerality dominates the slender body, supported by precise citrus flavours and that characteristic Saltiness reminiscent of the Catalan coast. The mousseux is discreetly integrated, the carbonic acid leads to an impressive long, chalky finale. A cava of purist elegance.
ABV: 11.5% / Varieties: Macabeu, Xarello / Origin: Spain
