TASTING NOTES: A dry Junmai with a silky smooth taste. Kuromatsu Hakushika Yamada Nishiki Dry Junmai Silk has a delicate flavour and a smooth finish, making the most of the lusciousness of Yamada Nishiki. The rice is polished to 65% to give a silky, fine and smooth mouthfeel. The dry sake expresses Hakushika's commitment to using Miyamizu water and 100% Yamada Nishiki, high-quality rice produced in Hyōgo. The sake is characterised by a luscious taste that spreads on the palate and a crispness that recedes elegantly.
