Made using water from the Yabe River, combined with Yamadanishiki and Omachi high-grade rice polishing down to 45%. This sake utilized slow fermentation in low temperature. 

Tasting Notes: Kitaya Junmai Daiginjo Kansansui exhibits a complex and aromatic flavor profile. It often features fruity notes such as pear, apple, or melon, combined with floral undertones. The taste is typically crisp, clean, and well-balanced, with a smooth and lingering finish.
