Vinification: The grapes are hand harvested and softly crushed. The must ferments in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, a small quantity (20%) in wooden barrels.
Aging: After fermentation, the wine settles on the lees for five months.
Color: Brilliant light yellow.
Aroma: The nose is pure with lovely herbal notes, lemon grass, physalis and a hint of wild strawberries.
Palate: The palate is fresh and juicy with delicate, creamy texture, elegant fruit and long, mineral finish.
