The Vin de France appellation is a great opportunity for J. de VIllebois to work with multiple terroirs. Made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on selected terroirs, you’ll discover a new style of Pinot Noir.
Tasting Notes: Garnet red with mauve tinges. The nose is fresh and elegant with its powerful notes of cherry and raspberry structured by a peppery backbone, characteristic of the Pinot Noir varietal. The palate is rich and smooth with elegant tannins.
Food Pairing: Fleshy, supple and fruity, it adapts greedily to your platters of cold cuts, your appetisers and game with a sauce. Young, you can serve it slightly chilled. Generous, it perfectly represents the new generation of accessible and crunchy Pinot Noir wines!
