Best enjoyed anytime neat, in a cocktail or mixed with soft drinks. Perfect paired with nuts, chocolate desserts, bakery and spicy food. Recommended to serve chilled or between 10-15°C.
Aroma: Balanced and clean, with nuances of the wood that has contained Oloroso sherry.
Taste: Very smooth and round to the palate, leaving a persistent lingering in the mouth.
Colour: Coppery amber in colour with rainbow-hued flashes of old gold.
