Winemaker’s Notes:
The moderate Autumn and summer provided perfect ripening and optimum flavour. The 2016 Shiraz displays a bouquet of black cherry and mulberry, enhanced by hints of spice and subtle cedar oak. With the palate delivering rich blackberry, satsuma plum, toffee apple and chocolate notes, integrated with hints of pepper and liquorice. A rich firmly structured wine with tannin, fruit and oak in harmony. Drink now or under right cellaring conditions until 2024 -Geoff Johnston
