Paringa Estate Peninsula Pinot Noir 2023 750ml

Paringa Estate is one of the reference names of the Mornington Peninsula, and it consistently produces award-winning wines that show the terroir and varietal character of the region. Fruit for this Pinot Noir comes from estate-managed vineyards in Red Hill plus selected parcels around the peninsula, which is how the winery holds quality and regional expression together.

The nose bursts with lively red cherry aromas and spice. There is plenty of red fruit on the palate too, but what makes it a serious wine is the appealing savoury tannin framework underneath, which gives structure and length rather than just charm.
