Paringa Estate is a renowned winery located in the Red Hill sub-region of the Mornington Peninsula, Australia. It was founded in 1985 by Lindsay McCall and has since gained a strong reputation for producing high-quality cool-climate wines, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Shiraz. The vineyard benefits from its north-facing volcanic soil and unique microclimate, which contribute to the complexity and depth of its wines.
TASTING NOTES
The highly perfumed nose has aromas of dark cherry and damson, mingled with black pepper and floral notes. The palate is opulent and intense, with vivid purple fruits. Fine-grained tannins give structure and balance, and a long savoury finish.
