Paringa Estate is a renowned winery located in the Red Hill sub-region of the Mornington Peninsula, Australia. TASTING NOTES
2023 has produced a wine of immense power and impeccable balance. Flinty barrel ferment aromas mingle with notes of meyer lemon and white flowers. There’s stone fruit and citrus on the palate, edged with racy acidity. It’s opulent with a very long, elegant finish.
