Paringa Estate is a renowned winery located in the Red Hill sub-region of the Mornington Peninsula, Australia. It was founded in 1985 by Lindsay McCall and has since gained a strong reputation for producing high-quality cool-climate wines, including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Shiraz. TASTING NOTES
2023 has produced a wine of immense power and impeccable balance. Flinty barrel ferment aromas mingle with notes of meyer lemon and white flowers. There’s stone fruit and citrus on the palate, edged with racy acidity. It’s opulent with a very long, elegant finish.
