Tasting Notes: Pale golden colour with glints of green. The nose shows an ample array of fresh tropical fruit like papaya, melon and banana. The French oak shows itself subtly, and is well integrated with the fruit, lending notes of vanilla and white dulce de leche. On the palate it’s fresh and light bodied, with vibrant acidity. Ageing: 30% of the wine ages for ages for 6-8 months in French oak barrels.
