Dry, delicate, with a bitter and persistent base. Pale yellow in colour. An intense bouquet with a combination of herbs and spices, alcoholic. This is an exceptional pre-dinner, refined long drink particularly suited when used to prepare dry cocktails, and excellent when served straight with a squeeze of lemon or an olive.
