Ryubai Junmai Ginjo 720ml


This premium Junmai Ginjo is brewed without the use of any machinery, it is a hand-crafted sake. It is made using Yamadanishiki rice polished down to 50% and spring water from the mountains. This sake is characterized by gentle "Ginjo" aroma of Kumamoto Yeast (K9). It has well-balanced "umami" flavor.

Rice polishing rate : 50% / Rice variety : Yamadanishiki / Alcohol: 15% / SMV : 1.1

Food pairing : Sashimi, Sushi, Hot Pot, Cold Tofu with Soy Sauce, Cracker with Cream cheese.
