Chivite Coleccion 125 Vendimia Tardia 375ml

The Moscatel grapes used for this wine come from “El Candelero”, a vineyard planted in 1969 in the municipality of Cintruénigo, in the Ribera Baja sub-region. The vineyard is located on gravelly alluvial soils with good drainage, ensuring a balanced production of the vine, thus allowing the grapes to attain the excellent ripeness and health required for a late harvest.

Tasting Notes: Unfurls a subtly sweet allure, ideal for those who relish sweetness without overindulgence. Olfactory, it captivates with scents of ripe peach and hints of apricot, all ensconced in a gentle zephyr of honey. Upon the palate, it introduces itself with a refined texture and sweetness harmoniously counterpoised by a delightful acidity, ensuring it does not cloy, but instead leaves a fresh and agreeable impression. Its finish is enduring, beckoning one to partake in another sip.
