Colección 125 Rosado is a barrel-fermented rosé for cellar-ageing. It comes from a selection of plots of Garnacha and Tempranillo from the Legardeta Estate, harvested at the optimal point of ripeness for this type of wine.
Tasting Notes: On the nose, fresh cherry and grapefruit aromas emerge, accompanied by subtle spicy nuances that add sophistication. On the palate, this rosé feels silky and medium-bodied, showcasing a refined texture that envelops the senses. The finish is lingering and clean, with a spicy touch that leaves an elegant impression. In the 2022 vintage, the grapes benefited from ideal weather, resulting in a wine with balanced acidity and intense flavours. Perfect for those seeking a rosé with character and complexity.
