Tasting Notes: Château Doyac 2019 is a Haut-Médoc Cru Bourgeois Supérieur wine that offers a fruity and elegant profile. The nose presents ripe blackberry, wild raspberry, violet, and lily, with subtle hints of cuben pepper and spices. On the palate, it is juicy and well-balanced, featuring flavors of cassis, blackberry, raspberry, and cherry, complemented by floral notes of lily and cornflower, along with touches of toasted almond, grilled bread, and vanilla. The wine has good minerality, fine freshness, and a long finish.
