An elegant nose displaying lifted primary fruits of peach, grapefruit, rock melon, nectarine and fig with secondary characters of subtle spicy oak and baked brioche. On the palate the wine displays balanced linear acidity and exceptional fruit length with balanced oak and a subtle creaminess on the finish.
FOOD SUGGESTION: Scallops with sweetcorn purée and pancetta crumb. For a more peculiar pairing try our suggestion of Mac & Cheese, peanut butter toast, Anzac biscuits, buttered popcorn or Hot Cross Buns.
