Alfonso Light 1L

Alfonso Light is the gentler side of the classic Filipino brandy, crafted from quality grapes and bottled at 27% ABV rather than the fuller strength of the original. That lower proof is the whole point: it keeps the spirit smooth and refreshing, and makes it far easier to drink long over ice across a warm Manila evening.

Expect subtle aromas of fresh fruit with hints of caramel and oak, then a light, smooth flavour that closes slightly sweet. Nothing heavy, nothing to wrestle with.

It works beautifully with light appetisers, seafood dishes and fruity desserts, and it takes well to mixing, whether that is a simple highball with soda and calamansi or a longer cocktail build.
