Grapes were picked in the cool of the evening and given skin contact after crushing, with a portion skin-fermented for added complexity. Pale straw with a green tinge, it offers zesty guava, passionfruit pith, lemongrass and fresh-cut hay, with crisp, crunchy acidity. A light 10.5% abv.
