Aguacana Cachaça 700ml

Originally from Brazil, Cachaca Aguacana comes exclusively from the distillation of pure fermented cane juice from the sunny plantations of the Pernambuco region. Its success rests on simplicity and on one famous cocktail, the Caipirinha.

Where many cane spirits push sweetness, Aguacana is perfectly balanced with a pronounced taste of sugar cane and a drier aromatic profile. The nose is fresh and fruity with cane sugar notes, and those dry aromatics are exactly what blends so cleanly with lime.

Build a Caipirinha the honest way: half a lime cut into wedges, two teaspoons of sugar, muddled, filled with crushed ice, then the cachaca poured over. At 37.5% alcohol it stays lively without overwhelming the fruit. It is also good in a Batida with condensed milk or passionfruit. Bottled in France by Bardinet.
