This Cava has a pale yellow colour and very fine bubbles, with a delicious aroma of citrus fruit and apple plus a hint of aniseed. The palate is full-bodied and refreshing with a touch of dried fruits. Try it with cheese, grilled fish and especially with strawberries and cream.
