The Shaman Rosé 19 cuvée is a concentrate of energy, set to music by Benoît Marguet, one of the pioneers of organic in Champagne.
Maison Marguet is located in Ambonnay, in the Montagne de Reims, a region where Pinot Noir reigns supreme. But it is nevertheless Chardonnay, a white grape variety, which is the majority in this blend. The Pinot Noir of Ambonnay, one of the most famous with that of Bouzy for the production of red wine, allows the realization of this Champagne Rosé.
Tasting Notes: The nose reveals notes of very ripe red fruits. On the palate, it is a rosé cuvée that combines beautiful freshness and fruity aromas. It is a champagne with a clear and long finish. This cuvée Shaman Rosé 19 will be perfect as an aperitif or during a meal.
