In the heart of the Judean Hills, surrounded by vineyards and overlooking the spectacular view of the Jerusalem Mountains, lies the Flam Winery. It was established in 1998 with the objective of producing quality Israeli wines that best reflect the local terroir. Believing in the Judean Hills Wine Region, Flam Winery has vineyards in Eshtaol, Givat Yeshayahu and Even Sapir alongside other vineyards, all of which are cared for under strict and uncompromising supervision.
Tasting Notes: Flam Rosé 2022 is a refreshing and vibrant rosé wine with a pale pink color and subtle peach hue. On the nose, it has aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries, and watermelon, with hints of citrus zest and floral notes. The palate is light to medium-bodied, offering flavors of juicy red berries, citrus fruits, and melon, complemented by subtle herbal and mineral notes. It has a crisp, clean profile with bright acidity, making it a refreshing and well-balanced rosé.
