In the heart of the Judean Hills, surrounded by vineyards and overlooking the spectacular view of the Jerusalem Mountains, lies the Flam Winery. It was established in 1998 with the objective of producing quality Israeli wines that best reflect the local terroir. Believing in the Judean Hills Wine Region, Flam Winery has vineyards in Eshtaol, Givat Yeshayahu and Even Sapir alongside other vineyards, all of which are cared for under strict and uncompromising supervision.

Tasting Notes: The nose is generous and fragrant, full of aromas of fresh purple and powerful fruit and a soft and pleasant hint of seasoning. It is an elegant, rich and complex wine with impressive flavors of fresh fruit, which together create a beautifully balanced wine with a long finish.
